Privacy Policy

KappaForge is an industrial intelligence platform ("KappaForge," "we," "us"). This policy applies to our marketing website at kappaforge.com and to the KappaForge platform accessible to registered customers.

Information you give us. When you submit a trial request or contact form, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and any message you include. We use this to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about a trial or demo.

Platform data. If you are a registered customer, the KappaForge platform ingests sensor readings, equipment metadata, and other operational data that you connect to it. This data belongs to you. We manage the infrastructure and process it on your behalf solely to provide the service.

Usage and marketing data. We may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) on this website (not the platform) to maintain and improve the service. We do not currently run third-party behavioral analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

• To provision and operate your KappaForge account.
• To send transactional emails (account setup, alerts, billing receipts).
• To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Sensor readings, equipment models, and other operational data you send to KappaForge are yours. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or use it to train shared models without your explicit consent. On Pro and Enterprise plans, your data plane runs in a dedicated environment. You can export your data at any time, including after cancellation.

We retain lead and contact form submissions for up to 24 months or until you ask us to delete them. Platform data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days, after which it is deleted from our systems. We will honor deletion requests sent to the contact address below within 30 days.

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs data collected during checkout. We may use transactional email providers to deliver account notifications. We do not share your personal information with these providers beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

We use TLS in transit and encryption at rest for stored data. Access to customer data within KappaForge is restricted to personnel who need it to provide the service. We follow responsible disclosure practices for security vulnerabilities. No system is perfectly secure — if you discover a vulnerability, please contact us at the address below.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at the address in the Contact section below. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on your jurisdiction, additional rights may apply (e.g., GDPR rights for EEA residents, CCPA rights for California residents).

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify registered customers by email at least 14 days in advance.
